Short version: this site keeps no accounts, asks for no payment details, saves only what you choose to send us, and stores nothing about the girls we serve. Donations are handled by Givebutter, whose own privacy practices apply. Here is the full picture.
What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no sign-in, and no payment forms. If you sign up to stay connected, we save your first name and email to send you updates, prayer needs, and opportunities to serve; you can unsubscribe anytime. If you send a volunteer or partner inquiry, we save what you entered so we can reply. We do not sell or share this information. If you reach us from a link on this site, the message is handled the same way as one sent to connect@becomingloved.org.
Questions asked with Ask Becoming Loved
When you use the “Ask a question” button, your question is sent to an AI service to write an answer from our published website content. Becoming Loved does not save these conversations, and they disappear when you close the page. Please do not include personal details about a child.
What we never collect
We do not ask for or store card numbers, bank details, or any information about the girls in our care. Donations never take place on this site itself.
Giving through Givebutter
Our donate buttons open Givebutter, an external donation platform. When you choose to give, your payment details are handled by Givebutter, and Givebutter’s own privacy practices apply to that gift. We never see or store your card information on this site.
Visits to this site
Our hosting keeps ordinary technical records — the address of the device that asked for a page, the page asked for, and the time of the request — so the site can be kept running and secure. These are not sold or shared for advertising.
Links to other organizations
Some links leave this site, for example our Candid nonprofit profile, our social pages, and Givebutter when you give. Once you follow a link, that organization’s own privacy practices apply.
Your choices
Ask us to remove something you have sent us, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing connect@becomingloved.org. We answer as soon as we reasonably can.
